How long before delivery?We process all and ship all orders next business day. Of course, in some small cases this may not be possible. If your order is not shipped within 3 business days, we will advise on the estimated shipment details.
All shipments are sent with Australia Post via standard post. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and delays can occur during peak periods. Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days (Western Australia, Northern Territory and some regional areas are delivered withing 5-7 business days)
Tracking information is provided upon shipping, and you can trace your expected delivery days.

We offer Express Option for priority shipping and express freight for Australia Post (Delivery times 1-2 days)
Are you an Authorised Seller of the products on your website and are these genuine and authentic?Salon Essentials is 100% Australian owned and operated. We ensure that all products are sourced from genuine distributors and authorised stockists.
All products are of shipped from our warehouses in Australia. We do not drop ship products from Asia or any other country.
All products are subject to Australian regulatory compliance, approvals, and quality testing.
Can I collect products?Our locations are not open to the public. We offer an online ordering service to provide the best quality, service and price. Our competitive pricing allows our customers to benefit from the cost difference between salons and our products and we pass those savings directly onto our customers and we can do this by not having any retail presence.

Do you ship to New Zealand or Internationally?Yes, we do! We just need to know what you want to purchase and the address we're shipping to, and we will send you a quotation. All prices are in Australian Dollars and remain the same as advertised on our website at time of your order. Freight costs differ depending on your country, location, local customs requirements, along with the weight and dimensions of your order
What is your returns policy?
Something not right with your order? We do accept returns, and a copy of our return policy is available here: (some exclusions apply)
If for any reason we've incorrectly sent you the wrong product or somethings missing. Take a photo and contact us within 7 days of the delivery. We will resolve all discrepancies promptly. We take all errors seriously. We need 1-2 business days to investigate so we understand how the error occurred and correct it so that other customers do not experience the same inconvenience.
